Carolina Mori, a physiotherapist is standing in front of the Embody Movement sign. She has long dark hair and a broad smile.

You’ll find me in my spare time: enjoying a beach day with my four-year-old son and my husband or going for a long walk in the park.

My philosophy on Physiotherapy: I believe Physiotherapy is about helping people to achieve a better quality of life.

I enjoy the entire process of rehabilitation, from the initial assessment to trying to find what could be the best approach for each client, setting goals with them and seeing the difference session by session. To listen when they thriving or struggling in their recovery, and help to find a different route if needed but always supporting them.

“I believe that my role is to help people to understand their condition and the treatment options and therefore make more informed decisions about their own health. ” - Carolina Mori, Physiotherapist, Embody Movement.
