What’s included: Be the Best Version of You bundle
First Visit 45-minutes (worth $165)
Your Exercise Physiologist will sit down with you to discuss your goals, your health history, and any physical fitness challenges.
Then, it's time to step into our purpose-built fitness studio. You will be gently introduced to the equipment and guided through some exercises.
A Home Program may be recommended to keep you moving until your next session. We’ll create it for you.
Second Visit 30-minutes (worth $125)
Your Exercise Physiologist will continue to work with you in the studio, making necessary tweaks to exercises that may need extra attention.
You’ll have the chance to ask questions and address any concerns or challenges you’ve discovered since the first visit.
Your Home Program will be adjusted accordingly to ensure it aligns perfectly with your progress.
Third Visit 30-minutes (worth $125)
By now, you'll be familiar with exercises and movements that work best for you, so we will continue to guide you through exercises and address any questions or issues.
We’ll continue to provide guidance on where to challenge yourself to help you build fitness and strength.
Your Exercise Physiologist will take you through your program one last time, making any final adjustments to ensure it suits you perfectly.
From here, you may want to continue with your program at home and check in every 6-8 weeks to keep it interesting. Of course, you are welcome to continue with sessions in the studio in a group class or one-on-one sessions. (Follow-up check-ins and classes are not included in the bundle price.)

Elle is passionate about helping patients increase their function and quality of life. She enjoys working with a wide variety of conditions, with her interests being in occupational rehabilitation, musculoskeletal rehabilitation, cardiovascular and metabolic conditions. Elle also enjoys improving strength and conditioning for athletes and supporting individuals to enhance their general strength and fitness.
Kristy Kneen - Exercise Physiologist | Pilates Instructor Kristy is committed to supporting patients along their rehabilitation journey and working with them to reach their optimal health and fitness goals. Kristy has worked with clients of all ages and fitness levels and is known for her compassionate approach. Her areas of expertise include strength training, musculoskeletal conditions, bone health, promoting active ageing and Diabetes management through exercise.
Imogen Ryan - Exercise Physiologist | Pilates Instructor Imogen is passionate about empowering individuals to achieve their goals through person-centred care, exercise prescription and education. Imogen enjoys supporting her clients through exercise-based lifestyle modification coaching with a strong focus on health education and behavioural change. Exercise programs are tailored to each individual, facilitating strength, conditioning, mobility and functional capacity.
