About Christina
Christina knew from a young age that she wanted to be a Physio. She spent a large part of her childhood at the Golf Course with her Dad who was a professional golfer and loved helping to figure out why people got injured, how to fix them and how to help them improve their golf and reduce injury.
Becoming a Physio allowed her to do this and be involved in the sporting arena which she also loved. With extensive experience as a sports Physiotherapist, Christina was heavily involved in Rugby Union, Tennis and Golf. She has worked with sporting athletes at the national and international level
While in London she had the opportunity to work more extensively with women in pre and postnatal settings which fuelled her interest in Women’s health both from a musculoskeletal and pelvic health perspective. She has continued her postgraduate education in the area.

You’ll find me in my spare time: With my son at the beach, skate park or playground. Otherwise, I'll be pedalling along the Sunshine Coast roads on my road bike and enjoying a coffee in the sunshine.
My philosophy on Physiotherapy: Physiotherapy for me is about listening, educating and empowering my clients to have trust and resilience in their bodies so they can live their best life. Being able to work with clients to provide tools, resources and education to allow them to take an active role in their health and wellbeing and guide them to achieve their goals.
Favourite place on the Sunshine Coast: Cotton Tree Beach - the perfect place to watch the sun set.
