Imogen graduated from a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology at Queensland University of Technology. Prior to this, she studied a year of Midwifery at Australian Catholic University (ACU), fueling her commitment to women's health, pregnancy and the empowerment of women.
Imogen's experience throughout her studies spans diverse populations, ranging from neurological conditions (Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson's, SCI, CP, DS) to pediatrics (ASD, GDD, ADHD), and cardiac and musculoskeletal conditions. Her treatment approaches involve a variety of strength, pilates, hydrotherapy and aerobic activity to achieve the patients’ goals and improve their overall quality of life.

Additionally, Imogen also underwent her Mat Pilates Instructor course which has added valuable dimensions to her approach.
Imogen's comprehensive academic foundation, complemented by her diverse courses and experience, positions her as a well-rounded health professional capable of addressing a wide spectrum of health conditions with a focus on women's health and neurological conditions.

You’ll find me in my spare time: Camping and exploring national parks with my partner, creating cheese boards at the beach, finding the fluffiest dogs and playing with my nieces.
My philosophy on Exercise Physiology: I love both empowering and educating my patients on the power of movement. Exercise doesn’t always start with weights and big gyms, it starts with sustainable movement that you enjoy and makes your body feel good, all whilst working towards something bigger.
Favourite place on the Sunshine Coast: Alex Headland and Moffat beach - perfect spots for a sunset picnic!
