Our Remedial Massage therapist Laurelee Berril has a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science and a Diploma in Remedial Massage (Advanced Rehab). Her journey began with a passion for fitness and a deep understanding of health and wellbeing, which has been cultivated through years of experience in the health and fitness industry and more recently as a remedial therapist.

Lauralee uses a variety of massage techniques, including deep tissue massage, relaxation massage, sports massage, myofascial release, cupping, and trigger point therapy. Each session is a personalised experience, carefully tailored to address your specific needs, whether you're seeking pain relief, recovery from an injury or simply a moment of relaxation.

About Lauralee

Lauralee’s commitment to holistic health and wellness drives her practice. She believes in the power of massage treatments to enhance both physical and mental well-being.

Her approach combines intuitive touch with evidence-based techniques to ensure that every treatment is both effective and enjoyable.

“Let's embark on this journey to health and wellness together. I'm here to help you feel your absolute best,” she says.

You’ll find me in my spare time: At the gym working on chin ups! Paddling in the ocean or enjoying family time.

My philosophy on massage therapy: It is a privilege to place hands on a client and play a role in their wellbeing journey. Massage therapy is not a selfish thing to do but rather essential for a healthy, happy life.
